The Neverland Express was Meat Loaf's touring band... But what about the other bands? Well there have been a couple... Meat Loaf's first band he was in before his stint in Hair - and the promotional band Arista Records put together for Bad Attitude - which actually did play live a few times... if only we had a recording... (Thanks to Colin Bond for that info by the way!) There's also the "band" mentioned in the Bat Out Of Hell II booklet, that is... rather untrue - and there was the original lineup of Caleb Johnson's Neverland Band - that never came to fruition...
